Please read these terms carefully before registering your product.

1. The Promotion

The {{CAMPAIGN_NAME}} is a product guarantee promotion ("the Promotion") operated by {{PROMOTER_NAME}} ("the Promoter") on behalf of {{BRAND_NAME}} ("the Brand").

The Promotion allows customers who purchase an eligible {{BRAND_NAME}} product during the promotional period and register it on this website to claim a refund of the purchase price if the product develops a fault during the protection period and is repaired by an authorised service centre.

By registering for this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:

  • Be a resident of the UK or a participating EU member state aged 18 or over at the time of registration.
  • Have purchased a new, qualifying {{BRAND_NAME}} product from an authorised retailer during the promotional period.
  • Register the product within [X] days of the date of purchase.
  • Be the original purchaser of the product (not purchased as a resale item).

Only one registration is permitted per product serial number. Multiple registrations of the same product will be rejected. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of {{PROMOTER_NAME}}, {{BRAND_NAME}}, and their affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

3. How to register

To register your product:

  1. Visit the promotion website and click "Register Product".
  2. Complete all required fields in the registration form, including your personal details and product information.
  3. Upload a clear photograph or PDF of your original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  4. Submit the form and retain your registration ID, which will be displayed on screen and included in your confirmation email.

Registrations must be completed within [X] days of the date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase. Late registrations will not be accepted. All registrations are subject to review and may be approved or rejected at the Promoter's discretion.

4. Protection period

The protection period begins on the date of purchase shown on your approved proof of purchase and lasts for [X] months from that date.

The exact start and end dates of your protection period will be confirmed in your registration confirmation email. Claims submitted after the protection period has ended will not be accepted.

This product guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

5. How to make a claim

If your registered product develops a fault during the protection period, to make a claim you must:

  1. Contact {{BRAND_NAME}}'s authorised service centre to arrange a repair of the faulty product.
  2. Retain all documentation provided by the service centre relating to the repair.
  3. Visit the promotion website, click "Make a Claim", and submit your claim with your registration ID, email address, and proof of repair documentation.

Claims must be submitted within [X] days of the date of repair completion shown on your proof of repair. All claims are subject to verification and the Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence before approving a claim.

6. Refund

Upon successful verification of an eligible claim, the Promoter will refund the purchase price of the product (up to a maximum of [amount]) to the bank account provided by the claimant.

The refund covers the product purchase price only. The following are excluded from the refund:

  • Delivery or installation charges
  • Extended warranties or insurance policies
  • Accessories or ancillary items purchased separately
  • Any cost of the repair itself

Refunds will be processed within [X] working days of claim approval and paid directly to the bank account details provided at the time of making the claim. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect bank details provided by the claimant.

7. Proof requirements

Proof of purchase must be a clear, legible photograph or PDF of the original retail receipt or invoice and must show:

  • The name and address of the retailer
  • The product name and/or model number
  • The date of purchase
  • The purchase price paid

Proof of repair must be documentation issued by the authorised service centre and must show:

  • The name and address of the authorised service centre
  • The date the repair was completed
  • A description of the fault and the repair carried out
  • Confirmation that the product was repaired (not replaced)

Altered, incomplete, or illegible documents will not be accepted. Accepted file formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF. Maximum file size is 10 MB per document.

8. Fraud and disqualification

{{PROMOTER_NAME}} reserves the right to disqualify any registration or claim and to seek recovery of any refund already paid where it has reason to believe that:

  • The registration or claim contains false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • The proof of purchase or proof of repair has been altered, forged, or obtained fraudulently.
  • The same product has been registered or claimed for more than once.
  • The registration or claim was submitted by an ineligible person.
  • The product was not purchased new from an authorised retailer.

Entries may be subject to automated fraud detection checks, including device fingerprinting. {{PROMOTER_NAME}} reserves the right to refer suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

9. Liability

{{PROMOTER_NAME}} and {{BRAND_NAME}} accept no liability for:

  • Any technical failures, including failures of the promotion website, that result in registrations or claims not being received or processed.
  • Lost, delayed, or corrupted registrations or claims.
  • Any circumstances beyond their reasonable control that prevent or delay the operation of the Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit the Promoter's or Brand's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This product guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

10. Data protection

Your personal data will be collected and processed by {{PROMOTER_NAME}} in accordance with the Privacy Policy for this promotion, which is available at privacy.html. Please read the Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is used, stored, and your rights in relation to it.

11. General

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

{{PROMOTER_NAME}} reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so (for example, due to changes in applicable law or unforeseen circumstances). Any amendments will be published on this page and will apply to all registrations and claims made after the date of amendment.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
