2. Now you're covered
Your LG product is covered by our Reliability Guarantee! After 30 days and up to a year from your purchase date you can claim. Keep your registration ID and e-mail safe, you'll need it to make a claim.
3. Get your product repaired
If your LG product develops a technical fault that's covered by warranty, contact LG Customer Support to arrange a repair through an authorised LG Service Centre. The repair must be carried out by LG to qualify under our Reliability Guarantee.
4. Receive a refund
Once your repair is complete, return to this website within 30 days to submit your claim form. You'll need your registration ID, repair documentation, and bank details. Approved claims are refunded up to €1000 directly to your account.
