Make a claim

Complete this simple checklist to confirm you're ready to make a claim.

You've registered You've already registered your LG product for our Reliability Guarantee and have the Registration Approved e-mail, along with your Registration ID. Your LG product has been repaired You've already contacted the LG Customer Support and the technical fault on your product has been repaired under warranty by an authorised LG Service Centre. You have a full description of the fault and have been provided with a proof of repair document. You're eligible to claim You can file your claim if it's been more than 30 days but less than 12 months since you made your purchase. Additionally, if your repair was completed within the last 30 days, you can also submit a claim. Your refund Once completed, your claim will be verified and if it qualifies, you'll be asked for your bank details so we can transfer the refund. You will receive a refund in your bank account within 30 calendar days from the date of notification of the claim qualifying.
